For those of you who are returning to this superhit podcast, welcome back. I appreciate your vote of confidence. 50 episodes in, I am helping transform the world in more ways than even I imagined. This podcast is topping the charts around the world, and helping people live more fulfilled lives. I am a woman of science and I help break down the facts for you. This is a no holds barred conversation that you won’t find anywhere else.
Today we are going to talk about 10 things you hear about penises that make you wonder, such as… Is foot size related to penis size? Is the average penis 8 inches long when erect? Can you fracture a penis? ...and so on. But first… I have a few things I need to tell you about. Things are getting more exciting around here! I am now going to bring you not only the current Tuesday episode, but also a special episode on Fridays, which will be part of the Bawa Sutra series. “What is the Bawa Sutra?” you ask!
The Bawa Sutra is my take on the ancient Indian text the Kama Sutra which covers all things sex from a 2nd century AD point of view. I am going to bring it to you from a modern day Cleveland Clinic trained doctor’s point of view. I also happen to be from India, and bring to the text a unique perspective. The Tuesday episodes will continue unchanged.
On Fridays you will get a very short episode, under 5 minutes long, that will address my take on a tip or concept from the Kama Sutra. We will go through the entire Kama Sutra together, one tip…one Friday mini episode at a time. What can I say?! Your weekends are going to start getting very steamy!! So make sure you are following the Dr. Sex Fairy Podcast, and do share it with your friends… the ones you like anyway.
I am here to bring transformation to your life and one of the ways I do it is by dispelling fiction. I will address myths about Erectile Dysfunction on an upcoming episode so that I can devote enough time to the topic. Our focus today is the penis itself.
Without further ado, let’s jump into penis mythbusting.
1. Penis size does not matter: If you are thinking about the size of your penis, size clearly matters. It is not about what your partner wants or needs. It’s about what makes you feel better about yourself. I often talk about how attitudes towards men and their desire for a bigger penis are sexist. You must think that I’m crazy when I say that but just think about women and breast or buttock implants.
If it’s OK for a woman to get bigger breasts or a bigger butt, why are we giving men a hard time about wanting a bigger penis?! It is such a sexist attitude. This is not me telling you that you need a bigger penis. My point is that if you want one, you should not be humiliated for wanting or getting one. I will discuss what women want for penis size a little later in this episode.
2. Shoe size predicts penis size: I know that this belief has been around for ages. Women often scope out a man’s feet to try to figure out what lies inside his pants. A 2002 study published in the British Journal of Urology studied 104 men and found no correlation between shoe size and penis size.
A study published in Annals of Sex Research in 1993 titled “The Relationships Among Height, Penile Length, and Foot Size” also concluded that height and foot size are not practical estimators of penis length. So those of you who look at a man’s feet might as well stop wasting your time.
3. Hand size predicts penis size
This is an interesting one. It seems like just another crazy idea till you read a 2011 study published in the Asian Journal of Andrology. The study focused on 144 men, comparing their penis length to the ratio of their ring and index fingers. This was called the 2D 4D ratio. What this means is that it is not the length of the individual fingers that matters.
It is the ratio between them. The lower the ratio, the longer the penis. The researchers believed that higher prenatal exposure to hormones such as Testosterone could account for this. A major limitation of this study is that it only included South Korean men and that it has a small sample size. More research is needed to convince me, but this is interesting data.
4. If a man is circumcised it will decrease pleasure.
Circumcision is when the foreskin of the penis is removed. There are certain cultures where circumcision is automatic in infancy. There is a school of thought that circumcision leads to a decrease in sensation. A study on this topic was published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine in 2008.
It came out of Kenya where adult males were being circumcised for HIV prevention in high-risk heterosexual populations. The study included 2784 men. Not only did circumcision not cause sexual dysfunction, 64% of circumcised men reported that their penis was much more sensitive after the procedure, and 54.5% rated their ease of reaching orgasm as much more at two years. Many studies have been published on this topic, and the fear that circumcision will decrease sexual pleasure is clearly unfounded.
5. Creams can increase penis size
This is a very simple question to answer. No! Creams cannot increase penis size so stop paying into these scams.
6. Pills can increase penis size
This is a complex issue. While there are no pills that can increase penis size, there are pills that can help increase blood flow into the penis which will not only help erections, but ultimately help maintain penis size. My own Dr. Sex Fairy Nitric oxide booster called Enhance is incredible at increasing blood flow. It does not contain nitric oxide. It helps your body make its own nitric oxide.
This boosts blood flow to muscles, your penis, and more. Many of my patients were taking supplements from gas stations, sex shops or shady online websites. When I would try to figure out what the ingredients were, or the quality of those ingredients, I was coming up with nothing.
That is what motivated me to come out with my own nitric oxide booster Enhance, my testosterone booster Renew and my libido booster Passion. My supplements are made in a US laboratory with the highest quality ingredients. Here’s a fun fact: The nitric oxide booster Enhance and the libido booster Passion are great for women too. I know that you want to be big Gentlemen. A Bawa man is a big man.
Do you want to be a Bawa man? If you do… and if you are interested in incorporating the Dr. Sex Fairy supplements into your sexual and intimate wellness plan, preorder them today at drsexfairy.com. 7. The bigger a flaccid or soft penis is, the bigger it will be erect.
This is completely false. I am sure you have heard the terms growers and showers. Some men are relatively unimpressive when soft or flaccid but have big erections. There are others who appear bigger flaccid but don't grow much when they get erect. It is every man's dream to be big when flaccid and then grow even bigger when erect but this is not always the case.
Flaccid size has nothing to do with ability to perform in bed. So you don't have to be a shower unless you want to be. If you want to be bigger… and become a shower.… I will help you get Bawa Big with my epic nonsurgical enlargement! Contact me right now at drsexfairy.com for details.
8. The average erect penis is at least 7 inches long.
Researchers from Kings College London looked at studies that included more than 15,000 men. They concluded that the average erect penis size is 5.16 inches long. This is far smaller than generally accepted theories about average penis size being 7 inches or longer. You must remember that this is an average. Some are longer, and some are shorter.
That said, if you are an average erect length, you are likely able to pleasure your partner. As a matter of fact, you should worry more about girth or the thickness of your penis than length. If you want to reach your full potential, you need my BawaBig non-surgical penis enlargement! We can help get you off to the right start. After all, life is short but your penis does not have to be.
9. Women want a penis that is at least 8 inches long.
This is absolutely false. Studies have shown that women, when asked, admit to wanting their partner to have a penis that is larger than what studies have shown the average erect penis length to be. Remember that we just discussed that the average erect penis length has been found to be 5.16 inches. When it comes to a long-term partner, research has shown that women want a partner to be 6.3 inches long. If they are looking at a fling or a short term, casual relationship they actually want their men to be longer. In this case they want him to be 6.4 inches long.
So while women do want a man to be longer, they are not looking for him to be 8, 9 or 10 inches long. I am quite sure that some of you will be upset by my answer here even though I am debunking the 8 inch myth. Many of you want me to say that women don’t care about size because size is a touchy, hot button issue. It gets people really worked up. I am simply reporting this data from published research. Make of it what you will. Shooting the messenger won’t change the facts, and it won’t make your penis bigger.
10. You can fracture a penis
The penis doesn’t actually have a bone but you can seriously injure it. The most common cause of penile trauma is sex. The most common position it occurs in is with the woman on top. The injury is usually caused by the penis slipping out of the vagina and slamming against the pelvic bone. The injury can technically even occur during vigorous masturbation.
An erection is, at its most basic, increased blood flow into the penis, and decreased outflow. The erect penis is full of blood and this blood is in the two main pipes called the corpora cavernosa. If a penis is bent at this time, the lining of these pipes called the tunica albuginea can pop and tear. A man can also injure the suspensory ligament of the penis during sex. Some of the most common signs of this injury are a popping sound, sudden pain, swelling, bruising and a loss of erection.
While there are non-surgical options for repair, surgery may be the best option for many. Anyone in this situation should seek medical attention immediately. Left untreated, this can cause a bent penis, Erectile Dysfunction, and more. I have treated men with bent penises that were caused by a prior injury. Unfortunately, many men come long after the injury when a lot more damage has had time to occur. Time is penis. The longer you wait to get help, the less your penis will work long term.
Now you are an expert in the mighty penis, and know all kinds of cool facts. You now know, among other thigs, what it takes to have a penis that works well, looks incredible and what the ladies are looking for.
